v145.38
Input shortcuts, durations, block levels, Free Passage and a wave of fixes
NewFive fronts at once: the 23k and 1.5M shortcuts across the whole game, two screens that accept a duration instead of a quantity, blocking a player finally adjustable, Free Passage respected on every attack screen, and a long series of alliance side fixes.
New (4)
-
The 23k and 1.5M shortcuts now work everywhereIn hunts, attacks, the market, army moves and the simulators, you can type 23k instead of 23,000, or 1.5M instead of 1,500,000. When you leave the field the number is written out in full: you see what you are sending before confirming. Until now this only worked in convoys.
-
The egg laying simulator now works both waysTick "a DURATION" and enter 8h or 1d30min: the simulator tells you how many units you can lay in that time, with the cost and the final army. The quantity mode is still there, it is just a checkbox.
-
Start a hunt by entering a durationOn the resources screen, tick "Pick a duration instead" and type 8h: the area to conquer is worked out for you, and you see the duration you will actually get before leaving.
-
The bin is not affectedA conversation you moved to the bin stays there, even if someone replies. Archiving is tidying up. Binning is throwing away.
Fixes (12)
-
Your shortcuts are no longer silently truncatedIn army moves, egg laying and the hunt simulator, typing 23k moved 23 troops, laid 23 units or simulated 23 hunters, with no error message at all. All three are fixed.
-
On the Queen, 20M and 20min no longer get confusedIn the egg laying quantity field, 20M means 20 million and 20min means 20 minutes: the million gets one letter, the minute is spelled out. Also, 20mn is finally read as a duration, and 1h30m no longer loses its 30 minutes.
-
A reply brings the conversation back from your archiveWhen someone replies in a conversation you had archived, it returns to your inbox and counts towards your unread messages again. Before, it stayed in the archive with no notification at all: you had to open the Archives tab by hand to find out someone had answered you.
-
Manage every block from the profileThe "More" menu shows your current block level and lets you change it or lift everything in one click. Your messaging and chat lists are unchanged, they can simply be driven from the profile too.
-
The weekly chest is hidden while it is lockedUntil all your quests of the week are done, the "Weekly chest" block no longer shows: your progress is already displayed elsewhere on the page. The chest comes back as soon as it can be opened.
-
Opti-Flood finally accepts your Free Passage alliesA Pioneer ally who levelled "Free Passage" widens the range so you can flood them. Opti-Flood ignored that bonus: your target was missing from the slot list, or the plan answered "is not within your attack range". It is now offered normally, and the take accounts for their widened floor.
-
Displayed attack limits now match the targetOn the attack screen, the allowed territory bracket was always computed at the standard ratio. It could therefore exclude a target the game agreed to attack. It now adapts to the target you opened, and states when Free Passage is what widens your range.
-
Widened range marker in the member listA 🧭 badge marks allies you can attack thanks to their Free Passage, with the bonus details on hover. No more doubt when a target falls outside your usual bracket.
-
Chiefs can revoke a rank's bank rights againOn some ranks, unchecking a right and saving did nothing: the box came back ticked on reload, and the right was still really granted. Chiefs thought their bank was closed when it was open.
Your settings were never lost, they are simply read correctly now. -
Renaming a rank no longer wipes its settingsRenaming a rank reset its bank rights to the defaults, erased its withdrawal caps and its tax rate, without a word. Everything now follows the new name.
-
Alliance Hospital: the level shown and the description were wrongThe Hospital page announced a lower alliance level than the real one (level 6 for a level 9 Hospital). And the building description promised 5% recovery per level, while the rate actually rises in tiers.
Same flaw, other effect: a level 1 or 2 Hospital sent no wounded to the infirmary at all, even though it was built and paid for. -
Harvesters returning from the alliance bank now respect your settingYour harvesters coming back from a bank deposit are now covered by the "Troop returns" setting, just like a convoy to a player. Before, turning that off still let bank messages through.
Deposit received and withdrawal delivered notices can now be filtered too, under "Alliance bank" in My Account.
Interface (4)
-
A reminder of the shortcuts on your next visitA small panel shows up once, in two ten second steps, to walk you through it. On the Queen page, a discreet button under the ongoing egg laying table reopens the help whenever you want.
-
No more "Unblock" button that unblocks nothingWhen the other player was the one who blocked you, their profile still showed an "Unblock" link that did nothing. It now appears only when the block comes from you.
-
Enemies page: sword wrongly greyed out on an allyA member of your alliance reachable thanks to their Free Passage showed as out of range. Their sword is clickable again.
-
The rank that welcomes new members is finally markedA small "recruit rank" note appears under its name in "Alliance, Options" and in the bank's "Rights" tab. Handy once you have renamed your ranks.
If no welcome rank is set, a warning tells you: without one, an accepted player arrives with no permission at all.
Improvements (2)
-
Choose how far your block goesOn a player's profile, "Block player" opens a window with three options: private messages only, chat only (their messages are hidden in the general chat), or a full block. The full block cuts both and removes any friend relation.
-
Farmer "Accelerated Laying" bonus: the text claimed all egg-layingYour bonus panel said "all egg-laying combined". The bonus only applies to Harvesters, and that is what it says now. Gameplay did not change, only the text was wrong.
Security (1)
-
Weekly word list: a text colour silently cancelled your wordsAs soon as you picked a colour for your chat text, our anti cheat filter thought it saw repeated characters and silently threw away all your messages. The word was there, the quest never moved, and nothing told you why. Fixed.
Plurals now count too: if the word of the week is "nectar", writing "nectars" in your sentence validates it.
