Colony Structures

Below is the list of Structures the player can build (unique to each nest), and the prerequisites for each:
  • Egg Chamber - holds eggs laid by queen while they mature to the point of hatching into larvae.
    (Requires current level of Build Rate)
  • Larval Nursery - holds larval brood as they hatch, while they're tended until they can become adult castes.
    (Requires current level of Build Rate)
  • Stockpile - holds a certain amount of food per level.
    (Requires current level of Build Rate)
  • Fungus Chamber - produces food at a set rate per level, providing water and heat are available to the nest.
    (Requires current level of Build Rate)
  • Waste Disposal - allows the removal of waste from the nest, which in turn reduces the chance of disease, death, and general inefficiency of other structures and defences.
    (Requires current level of Build Rate)
To progress each structure to the next level, the next level of Build Rate must be developed first.
